The cost for 3D printing depends on three main factors:
3D printers print the object layer by layer so the resolution of print is dependent upon the thickness of each layer. Lower layer height would mean smoother surface and an overall strong solid print. However the lower the layer height, the longer it takes to print and at the same time more filament is used increasing the cost of your print.
You should consider choosing a lower layer height if your 3d model has curved surfaces or holes. Also if you’d prefer visual appearance over functionality, go for a lower layer height. This will give more accurate results of your print.
The material cost for PLA is 3000 Rs/kg, for PETG is 4000 Rs/kg and for ABS is 3000 Rs/kg. The Labor cost is 150 Rs/hour.
